Hi Team,

Good day.

We would like to inquire about the error “The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency” related to INC1460096.  We have created an SR for this - SR 3-40011376931 and based on the investigation, there is no issue with accounting when using the standard SLAM.

Given this, the proposed action plan is to change the SLAM to the seeded Standard Accrual after performing undo accounting. However, this action is not within our scope, as it may have a global impact.

Could you please confirm if proceeding with this change would be possible?
