Any way that the Asset Assignment Form Header level DFF displays the entered values after re-query?

We have a requirement to Use the DFF at Asset Assignment Form's Header level DFF for Storing Extra Information related to the Asset Assignements for Identification by Front End Users.

It is working fine during the entry and is saved successfully. But when we re-query the Asset Assignment, the values are vanished in the Front End. But they are available in the Back-end.

Is there any way to fufill the requirement? Please share any solutions or thoughts.

Application: Assets
Title: Transactions.
