AME Approval for sales order attachment have to be sent to approver only when it has size limits

We have setup AME Approval for approving sales order for our Client and we have Client requirement to conditionally attach files if each file is smaller than 5MB and combined files size is smaller than 30MB when we send email notification to the approver. can we achieve this without customizing the workflow in Oracle 12.2.9
