How do I get DFFs populated on the maintain lot form at material receipt to be copied to inventory?

Using Oracle EBS version 12.2.9 with WMS turned on.

We have enabled DFFs on the Maintain Lot form and the entered data is captured on the MTL_TRANSACTIONS_LOT_NUMBERS table. That data is not copied to the MTL_LOT_NUMBERS table so those attributes do not appear when the item's on-hand quantities are queried.

The DFF definitions are frozen and have been successfully compiled.

1. User accesses Receipts transaction and chooses PO and items to be received
2. User enters subinventory and locator, and selects Lot-Serial
3. User enters lot number, quantity received, and any other relevant information
4. User clicks in "[ ]" to open Maintain Lot Numbers DFFs, enters the required information, saves, and closes
