How to setup the approval string on a job opening to follow the Hiring Managers chain of command.

Is it possible to setup the approval string so that the approval is routed to the Hiring Manager's one up and then up thru their chain of command before going to the final approval step? We would have additional steps before the hiring manager as well.

The process would look like the following >TA specialist >Facilities group>HM One Up Manager>HM leadership chain of command>TA Specialist

Some Hiring Managers chain of command may be 2 or 3 approvers deep so we would need to allow for a varied number of approvers after the HMs One Up Manager.

If this is possible, how is this accomplished? Can you provide instructions on how this should be setup?
