Tax details not coming for Intercompany Invoices

Tax is calculating correctly for standard AP invoices and details are also coming but for Intercompany invoices for same OU and same tax regime and taxes tax is calcualted for Intercompany AR and AP invoices but when in details it is no tax reigme, tax details are coming.Please advice what is missed.
