Created Transaction Not Visible in Project Actuals Transaction creating using PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFA

Creating Transaction using pa_transaction_interface_all interface. Record processed withouth error but it not reflecting in Reserve Actul fund for the project. Expecting transaction should consume budget in actual.

Creating/populating transaction into pa_transaction_interface_all interface using a custom script.

The transaction got processed without error.However, it's not reflecting in Reserve Actual fund for the project. In other words, it's not showing in the Budgets form >> Budget Version History >> Budget Funds Check Results > Actual Details screen.
