Profile OM: Bypass ATP is enabled for a responsibility but not updating SSD post SAD update

Oracle R12.2.13

We are recently migrated from Oracle R12.2.4 to R12.2.13. Earlier profile option OM: Bypass ATP was working as expected . Post updating SAD it was aligning SSD with the same dates when profile option was enabled.

Post upgrade this functionality is not working and SSD is not getting changed post changing SAD and PD. We are getting not 'Schedule Ship/Arrival Date and corresponding internal requisition line have been updated' but no impact on SSD.

Please suggest what could be the cause.
