How to enable key features and customization in Mobile Maintenance App for EBS R12.2.13?
Hi All,
We are using the Mobile Maintenance App in Oracle EBS R12.2.13 and need some help understanding the following:
- Can technicians update the status of Work Orders or Operations to On Hold, Cancelled, or Rejected from the mobile app?
- Is it possible for technicians to accept or reject assigned Work Orders, or send them back to another technician or common pool?
- Can we customize the mobile app UI (like available actions or screen layout)?
- Is there any way to auto-schedule Work Orders based on technician skills, departments, or shifts?
- How is material return handled in the mobile app?
