Employee Recognition Custom Groups
Hello,
I am currently setting up Employee Recognition and need to use a Custom Group as we have three different divisions that should not see posts from the other divisions. I only see four Custom Group settings available in Configure Recognition Group: Location, Business Unit, Department and Company. However, we have some district managers that are not in the same company or BU or location as the locations that they oversee.
In addition, at our corporate office we have people coded to different locations/BU/Companies for accounting purposes.
Is there any way to add a Custom Group so that it could perhaps be based on 'Reports to position' or even better would be query based, that we could control who is able to see what locations even if they are in a different location?
