Manager Has Old TLReportedTime in Fluid Approvals - How to Delete

We are starting to figure out how to use Fluid Approvals. Several managers have approvals for Reported Time that are 3-5 years old appearing in the Fluid Approvals list.

How can these be removed from the list? If they click DENY or PUSHBACK, what will happen with T&L and Payroll? What if this employee is not active anymore?

Is there a backend SQL that can be run to delete or at least mark these so they don't show on the Fluid Approvals anymore?
