Inventory commitment R42997 through subsystem process not working

We have configured to run the inventory commitment program R42997 through subsystem processing using P4210 after sales order submitted. We do not use print pick slip in our process after order creation.

P4210 Version - Set the processing option 2# subsystem processing to 3 under process tab and specified the R42997 version XJDE0001 in processing option 13 under versions tab.

R42997_XJDE0001 is running in subsystem with status P.

We are seeing that sales order is not hard committing after order entry by inventory commitment program R42997 which runs in subsystem. We noticed that records are getting inserted in F986113 subsystem table with report name, version and environment and are in waiting status from many days.
