Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

I run request General Ledger - Automated Balance Fix with parameter is an account,

but it has error: The posted status or period for one of your lines doesn't match the information at batch or journal level.

I checked and made sure the period and status of the GL header and GL line are the same.

Please help me know reason.
