Accumulated Depreciation calculated for assets having depreciation check off

We added some assets in SEP-24 but checked off their depreciation so that the system does not depreciate them. Now in Jan-25, we enabled the depreciation check because our client wanted to get the assets depreciated from Jan-25. Although, system calculated depreciation for the month of Jan-25 but Accumulated depreciation has been calculated from the month of Sep-24 which is not required.
