Are the receipts are eligble to be purged even if there is an MRCHI in URTMCH satus?

in Retail Invoice Matching (MOSC) Question

will the receipts associated with aged purchase order will be eligible for purging even it have an associated Merchandise invoice present in the system?

The status of the receipt is in 'C' status and the invc_match_status is 'U'.
