HR_DRPT_BLD and PS_HR_DIRECT_REP_5. Employee with Terminated manager will report to the next person
Our HR_DRPT_BLD builds the PS_HR_DIRECT_REP_5 table. If an employee has a terminated manager, the supervisor will be the next person in the hierarchy. This seems correct for ePerformance as the next manager up would take responsibility for the employee's documents. However, we have a case where the supervisor is only terminated in one job but is still an active employee.
For Example, Jane is active in job record 1 and terminated in job record 2. John reports to Jane job record 2. Bob is Jane's supervisor. On the report, John's supervisor 1 is Bob. Since Jane is still an active employee, should she be supervisor 1?
