TZ patching

I have a data guard environment with Oracle Enterprise databases R19.27 running on REL7

I need to patch the databases in this data guard environment. I have updated the TimeZone in a single database without any issues using DBMS_DST_scriptsV1.9 but I wonder how this process goes with a standby database.

Any recommendations?
