Request Recommendations (Gold Patch?) to Install 19.28

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 5 commentsAnswered ✓

Currently have a non-production, single-node (on-Grid, non-RAC) Enterprise Edition Oracle 19.3.0 installation in an on-premise, non-cloud RHEL 8 Linux 86-64 environment. Wish to instantiate Oracle 19.28. The existing binaries and a starter, single tenant DB can be deleted if needed. Wish to update to, or install the latest version of the binaries to the latest version, including the 15-July-2025 CPU, with the least amount of patching, etc. Thank you.
