Concurrent Program PRC: Transaction Import

Oracle Applications : 12.2.12

I am trying to determine when we create a new custom source that will be importing data into Oracle EBS Projects if the organization field will need to be the number only or the number and description.

I understand that the majority of the time we will pass in an employee number in which the organization will be derived off of, but if we do not pass employee data, what is the expectation of the organization field

For example when reviewing the below organization, does the program expect '340' or '340-HUMAN RESOURCES'? I cannot seem to determine this information online from the various articles I have read. Thank you.
