Iowa state tax rate changes after 25-B

Hi,

After applied tax update 25-B, we're noticing that Iowa state withholding brackets got changed. Earlier there were 3 entries with different tax rates but we're just seeing one row with 1/2/2025 effective date and it is impacting the tax calculations.

Is this expected change with the recent tax updates? Please share if anyone has experienced similar issue.
