Does anyone have an issue with Pay Calculation pulling in "Filtered" out Earnings codes?

When we Load TL Data, we use filters to only load certain earnings codes, and this feature works correctly. But when an employee has a job data change after the paysheet is created and TL Data is loaded, once Pay Calculation is run it loads earnings codes that were filtered out. I do realize that Pay Calc is not seeing the filtering on the Load TL Data run control.
For example,
- Load TL Data has a filter with just OVT which loads to the paysheet.
- Then a job data change is made to update the employee's pay rate effective at the beginning of the pay period.
