can't enter support.oracle.com after email change

I faced a problem in entering site
. Everything I get after authorization is "Account setup is still in progress. Check back later." How much later I have no idea. ?
Some of my colleagues changed my e-mail in account by mistake. I found it and changed settings back as it was. But since that moment I can not enter the site. Also I can not contact support because I can't enter the support site. This is quite frustrating.
