Stores Online Issue

in Inventory Management - EBS (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered

We are on R12.2.6

We are using Stores Online to pick the inventory item, and create move order

After choosing items, inventory, etc. we are trying to submit, and face below error

Deliver-To Location is not customer associated for the internally sourced item

As per metalink note 1384716.1, need to create customer in the Operating Unit of the Source Inventory Organization that is used on the Internal Requisition.

We are not using AR module for this Operating Unit.

Need your inputs to fix this issue.
