good morning

we have a JDE version 9.2.7.1

as java application server we have Websphere on front end with os Microsoft Vindows 2019

the logic server is on AS400 and as DB we have DB2

it may happens that the we have Front End that has the CPU at 100% due to a JDE java process: the conseguence is that the user on that Front End cannot work anymore and we are forced to kill the process.

which is the best practice from Oracle to solve the situation in this kind of scenario (a CNC solution)?
