Setting JMX policies for Anonymous roles in Weblogic 14.1.2 using Remote Console

How to set the JMX policies for ALL MBeans Types at Global Level for Anonymous role in Weblogic 14.1.2 using Weblogic Remote Console ?
The options were there in Weblogic Admin Console under JMX Policy Editor upto 14.1.1 but couldn't find equivalent option in Remote Console.
