We had an issue while doing flashback database with Guarantee restore point in Oracle 19 DR environment

Connection broken with Physical standby database while doing flashback database with Guarantee restore point in Oracle 19 primary database. I would like to request for proper steps to create restore point and flashback database if required in 19C DR environment.
