ORDS API - How to setup rate Limit

Hello,

Our GSO team recommended to add rate limit functionality on ORDS APIs,

We would like to restrict 1000 calls per minute for few ORDS API end points, and 2000 for other ORDS API end points.

Is there a way to restrict like above?

We are on ORDS 20.4.3.r0501904 and using Weblogic server.
