ASCP Release Updates Routing Revison but not Operations on Released Work Order

Oracle EBS 12.2.10. I've come across a situation that may be a bug or possibly there are some settings I need to modify. Here is the scenario:

  1. Work Order is created with Routing Rev 1 on 1/1/2025 but has a future routing revision date of 2/1/2025
  2. Work Order gets released as Routing Rev 1 on 1/15/2025
  3. A new routing 2 is created for the item on 1/18/2025
  4. On 1/20/2025, an update comes from ASCP which causes the routing rev to be updated to rev 2 (correct routing rev as of the routing revision date) but leaves the operations as of routing rev 1. So I have mismatch on an order that has already been released.
