JDK license is included to Weblogic?

Hi,

We have license of Oracle WebLogic Server Standard Edition - Processor Perpetual And Oracle Database Standard Edition 2 - Processor Perpetual.
Oracle Has announced a new policy regarding using JDK and we use JDK for Weblogic.
Could you please let us know that JDK License has been included to the Weblogic license or not?
it is important for us to get a clear response from your side due to the JDK should be replaced with Open JDK. On the other hand I had sent another request and I have not received the response yet.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
