OHS not Starting

While starting OHS component, It is failing with below error.

webapp@xxxx-:~$ cd /app01/webapp/middleware/user_projects/domains/web_domain/bin/

webapp@xxxx:/app01/webapp/middleware/user_projects/domains/web_domain/bin$ ./startComponent.sh ohs1

Starting system Component ohs1 ...
