Hiding/Removing the HGA_EA_ATT step from HGAEARF

My users have asked to remove the Attachments and Notes step from the Extended Absence Request Activity Guide. I have inserted an 1/1/2025 version of the AG template HGAEARF and deleted the step from there. It did not work. I also inserted a 1/1/2025 row on the AG Category HGA_EA_REQ and removed the step but it also did not work. Any suggestions?
