unable to upload iso to kvm virt manager 4.5.5

It's a fresh installation: One separate ovm engine (vmware VM) and 2 kvm hosts. When I try to upload iso files to domain disk the test button showing error:
"Connection to ovirt-imageio service has failed. Ensure that ovirt-engine certificate is registered as a valid CA in the browser."

  • The CA cert is already installed.

I found 2 docs at support site:

  • Doc ID 3053740.1: the diganose is same (not working native VM console too), but I unable to find the line of the solution (what must comment it)
  • Doc ID 2923547.1: The "ImageTransferProxyEnabled" is already true.

My ovit engine version is: 4.5.5-1.49
linux version: OL8.10 kernel: 5.15.0-310.184.5.2.el8uek.x86_64
