Fluid Update Team Information Tile - PeopleSoft HCM/MSS

We are using delivered Fluid Update Team Information tile within the HR Dashboard - Accessed by our HR Associates for "direct reports" - The security is as such RowSecurity - Security by Dept Tree Permission List as these users are not true managers - this is as delivered.

Often times, the users manage more than 200 employees and the delivered page tries to load all the employees at a time (HR_PSEL_FLU - Person Selector page) which degrades the performance significantly. Has anyone encountered such issues? If so, what is the workaround? Is it possible to not load all the employees at once as the page is accessed (like limit to 10-25) and rest available on-demand - via the delivered search functionality on the page - HR_PSEL_FLU?
