Hello,

We want to install Oracle 19c with the latest patch for version 28 on RHEL 9.6

a. I have updated OPatch to OPATCH_VERSION:12.2.0.1.47

b. I have downloaded the latest RU Patch 37957391: GI RELEASE UPDATE 19.28.0.0.0

when installing 19.25 I used to run the command: ./runInstaller -applyRU /home/oracle/source/36916690/36912597 -applyOneOffs /home/oracle/source/36916690/36917416

what is the updated command in order to install 19.28?

what is the equivalent for 36912597 and 36917416 ?
