Demand Forecast time is always 23:59:00 for result running planning but Collect data time in msc_demands.USING_ASSEMBLY_DEMAND_DATE is always '00:00:00'

Example: Time in msc_demands.USING_ASSEMBLY_DEMAND_DATE is always 23:59:00

Example: Time in msc_demands.USING_ASSEMBLY_DEMAND_DATE is always 00:00:00 (Collection data)
