Where can I download the correct opatch version?

When you browse to it shows the Windows download is for version 12.2.0.1.47 however the readme notes state it is for 12.2.0.1.44. I attempted to download and apply the opatch and it is indeed .44. The July CPU requires version .47. Where can I download that version?
