Configure Performance Goal Approval based on area of responsibility
We have three types of employees, and we would like to apply the following logic:
- If the submitting employee holds an AOR for Section Head, the approval should be routed to their Line Manager.
- If the employee holds an AOR for Director, the approval should follow the hierarchy up to the CEO.
- If the employee not holds an AOR for Director or Section Head, the approval should follow the hierarchy up to the Section Head.
