Manager needs to complete contracting on behalf of employee
We have published a Plan using the parallel method, where the contracting process is initiated by the worker. We have employees who do not have access to the system, and we would like managers to complete the contracting on their behalf. We use the administration tasks of ‘Switch as Employee’ to move the scorecard to the Manager, who then edits the scorecard and adds the required objectives.
We have two issues:
When the manager goes to the ‘Cascade or Set Objectives’ task, there are two buttons visible “Finish’ and ‘Transfer’. As soon as the manager makes a change to the scorecard, the ‘Finish’ button disappears – is this standard functionality?
