Transact Move Order shows an Error ‘Quantity must be greater than zero’
We are facing a challenge to complete the Move Order Transaction. Below are the steps to reproduce the error.
- From Inventory Responsibility. N> Move Order —> Transact Move Orders. Search the Move order.
- Select the Move Order then click on Allocate button.
- Click on the 'View/Update Allocation' button.
- select the particular line and then click on the 'Select Available Inventory' button.
- The inventory item is available with multiple locator and Lot Number. Users change the default allocated quantity under 'selected Transaction Quantity' to ZERO and enter the requested quantity as per required Lot number.
- Then click on the Done button.
