X4-2L Hardware Management Pack - hwmgmtd[55362]: ERROR: Platform not supported

Recently, I installed HMP version 2.4.10.4 on X3-2 and X4-2L servers. Both X3-2 and X4-2L was running with Oracle Linux 9.5 + 5.15.0-305.176.4.el9uek.x86_64.

While the installation completed successfully on the X3-2 server without any issues, we encountered a "Platform not supported" error when attempting to start the hwmgmtd service on the X4-2L server.

Despite thorough research, no workaround has been identified for this issue.

Please find the relevant logs attached below for your review.

[root@bastion2 packages]# ipmitool sunoem cli "show /SP" | grep system_description
system_description = SUN SERVER X4-2L, ILOM v4.0.4.41, r130359
