RET transaction does not generate accounting entries

Hello -

We have encountered a scenario where a 'Retired' transaction has been inserted into PS_COST, but it didn't create an entry in PS_RETIREMENT, and accounting entries were not generated as well. Is there a way for a RET transaction to create an accounting entries?
