Re-image X8-2 Stuck

Hello everyone.

I am writing to report an issue my client is facing with Exadata X8-2 machine, which is designated for their test environment.

My client recently performed a complete exadata secure erase on the system. Following this, they began the re-imaging process for the nodes. The re-imaging of the first compute node was completed successfully. However, when they proceeded with the second compute node, they encountered a problem. After the re-imaging process finishes and the node reboots, it becomes stuck and unresponsive. I have attached a screenshot showing the exact point where the boot process stalls. Furthermore, they are experiencing the exact same issue with the storage cells. It also stuck at the same stage after being re-imaged and rebooted.
