How to access any Closed SR on My Oracle support ?

How to access any Closed SR on My Oracle support (not My oracle cloud support) ?

I am looking for an SR which was closed 2-3 months ago but unable search it in Technical Service Requests section even with SR # . Seems it is displaying only the Open ones. Pls guide.
