Unable to assign notification using Manage Notifications > My Subscriptions in JDE 9.2.5.6

Hi All

I am trying to create a notification (NTF) based on a watchlist , I followed the steps as below

Created a query based on an application (but did not publish/share it as it if for single use only)

Created a watchlist based on the above query (but did not publish/share it as it if for single use only)

Logged into Orchestration studio , created a notification and attached the above watchlist and clicked save (but did not publish/share it as it if for single use only)

Now I logged into my JDE environment with the same credentials (that were used in Orchestration studio). I click on Manage Notifications > My Subscriptions. Click on Add Notifications , I see the notification I created in the Orchestration studio. When I click on it , nothing happens.
