Support Identifier does not match name

First time trying to log onto My Oracle Support to enter an SR. We're a cloud customer, so I'm clicking the link to enter an SR for cloud. The first thing it asks me for is my Service ID and Account Name. I copy and paste both from my welcome email, but I get the message that they don't match.

What do I do from here?
