Inventory commitment preference is not working

Hi,

We are using inventory commitment preference in sales order process. When order is created, we expect BP should be updated as per preference detail setup on sales order lines.

Activated preference processing and inventory commitment preference set to 2 and preference schedule mentioned in P4210 processing option under preference tab. However, when order created in JDE, we do not see the BP getting changed/updated in sales order line as per inventory commitment preference.

It is not working for both orders created within JDE and inbound web orders.

Can someone please help me to understand what the issue might be and how to fix it to get that worked.
