No previous Certificate Passphrase. What to Do?

Hi all. I have a certificate in WebLogic 12c console for the Primavera P6 web application. The prior support team did not leave me the prior passphrase for the current, expiring, certificate. I tried to just add a new cert and passphrase but WebLogic doesn't like that. I have a feeling a new Keystore will need to be created but I am very new to WebLogic. Any pointers or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
