Usdesigner - Integration table in the data base

Hi, I am using Unifier 23.12.13, I wanted to know what is the table name in the database which contains the integration information of a business process (which fields are in the integration and what are their directions (output, input, both).

Is their any table that contains these information ?

Also, in the same idea, is there a table that contains the Data element of a UDR. We would like to get the data element of a UDR, not the label.
