Multiple users client application crashing

Hello, we have multiple users whose P6 client is locking up each time they perform certain tasks. The app provides no error to the user. It will either freeze or shut down completely with no notice.

This typically occurs when the user is opening projects or switching layouts.

I have tried resetting the user's preferences (Doc ID 894279.1). This seems to work permanently for some users but temporarily for other certain users. These users have the problem arise again a week or two after resetting their preferences.

We have some data integrity issues as well in certain projects, however, I'm not sure how those would only impact specific users and not others.
