Increase the size of Extra Withholding field for W4 form submission.

Extra Withholding on the Federal Tax Data does not allow to allow values of  100,000.00 and above, giving the peoplesoft error message.

The PS system has a field limit of 5,2 Characters in the amount field. However the max amount that is accepted by the system is $99,999.00.

Posting this Idea to increase the field length of Extrawitholding so that it will allow to submit data more than 99999.99 and receive the error message
